When you sign up for Amaichat, we collect:

When your customers contact your business, we process their phone numbers and message content to generate AI responses on your behalf.

3. SMS and Messaging

All SMS communications are sent via Twilio, a registered SMS provider. We comply with TCPA and A2P 10DLC requirements. Every message includes opt-out instructions (Reply STOP).

We do not send marketing SMS to your customers without their consent. Automated responses are only triggered when a customer initiates contact (missed call, inbound text).

4. Data Retention

Customer conversation data is retained for 90 days by default. Business account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for secure data storage.

6. HIPAA Notice

Amaichat is not currently HIPAA-compliant. We do not support healthcare providers handling protected health information (PHI). If your business handles PHI, Amaichat is not an appropriate solution at this time.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Customers may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
