1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Amaichat account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Amaichat provides an AI-powered receptionist service that automates responses to missed calls, inbound SMS, and customer inquiries for small businesses. The service sends automated text messages on behalf of your business.

4. SMS Compliance

By using Amaichat, you represent that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable state laws. Amaichat complies with A2P 10DLC regulations. All outbound messages include opt-out instructions.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for missed calls or messages during service outages.

6. Payments and Cancellation

During the free trial period, no payment is required. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Amaichat is provided "as is." We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed bookings, or damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in spam, or cause harm to our messaging infrastructure.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 14 days notice via SMS or email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
